Soldier, priest and uncle

Topics:

I found out a short time ago that my oldest uncle, Fr. Ben Morin, S.J., passed away. He would have been 95 in August (August 15, the Feast of the Assumption). May the Blessed Virgin speed his way to heaven!

Besides losing a faithful Jesuit, the world lost yet another WWII veteran. Uncle Ben commanded a tank platoon in the first battle with the Japanese in the Philippines. See the page at Lt. Ben Morin for details.
